Feeling with Healing
As 2020 draws to an end, is it a new beginning for mankind, as we mourn our past lives? I feel that collectively humanity is rising in strength, resilience and gently in awareness and wisdom. This year has been dramatic for the many but spiritually too, once can feel the transition. We cultivate patience, we cultivate silence and care. Are we able to move from our childhood wounds and trauma and gently heal? I believe so. Are we able to feel with healing, see with healing and love with healing? Definitely so.
Our inner voices have been far too long silenced as we busied our lives with unnecessary noise, lack of focus on what counted and to be looked at, rather than to be seen. To be heard, rather than to be listened to, to hear without listening, to look without seeing. Collectively, we have been forced or imposed upon to change our habits. By choice, many of us are seeking deeply within ourselves, to listen to our inner voices and the cries of the wounded inner child. Inadvertently, we are healing and feeling that loving guidance. Ultimately, this will make us stronger and kinder. Cultivating self-love, forgiveness, self-compassion and self-awareness. Healing gives us the ability to heal others but the freedom to choose whether situations or people no longer serve our higher purpose. Ultimately, we function best from our best selves as we become better equipped to serve humanity and society. We function best when we are able to grow and ripple growth across, to co-create rather than to self-create. To generate growth and empower for the better than just for selfish reasons.
Martin Luther King Jr. famously said: ‘I have a dream’. Humbly, my thoughts are: ‘I have optimistic and realistic hope, not just a dream’ that we will become the best of ourselves as we mourn our old selves. Let us all rise and feel the healing. And just as a beautiful pure soul once said: «Believe that we will become stronger».
Stronger and more Together. Amen to that.
