Sore distances…

Was listening to a profound song: about people who cannot be with one another, by choice… or not. With this pandemic, many hearts will be sore over Christmas, many won’t be with their parents, siblings or family. Many children at boarding schools will remain with their school friends, many Overseas University students away from home.

Many foreign workers will be stuck in their dorms, many ex-pats somewhat stuck but hopefully not too lonely. Shows how important it is to build deep soul connections, beyond the traditional family. Soul families and soulmates are real, related by a strong connective bond that transcends relation by blood.

Can keeping a distance from loved ones, from a lover, be the last way left to love? Would it be better to keep a distance as this is the last way left to love? Is this even a fair or easy choice? I hope not. One hopes, Love transcends physical distance and there is no other way to love, but JUST to love.

Wishing you all a healthy end of 2020, the year of deep soul searching. May we all continue to grow, rise, and awaken for a Better Us.
